Gigi is very good at holding energetic spaces, she gives enough direction to help everyone to achieve the poses, but doesn’t fill every minute, allowing us all to really enjoy the silence and the magic of Yoga.

The class was fabulous, her vocal direction was flawlessly clear and it was great to have a teacher help with positioning and correct where required to assist with the best possible journey.

Gigi has such a calming presence and is a great teacher. Yoga for the mind and body, but above all, for yourself. I have found it hard to find a place that felt like a safe place to just let yourself fall into the practice, without comparison- Gigi really created what I had been looking for. I can’t wait to take her class again.

This was my first time EVER doing Yoga, so I was very nervous going in. From the very beginning Gigi made me feel so comfortable and welcome. She was lovely, encouraging, and I never felt any pressure to be perfect or know what I was doing straight away. I left the class feeling really good, thinking that I definitely want to try yoga again!
