  • A blend of alignment focused, long-held, steady postures with the fluidity and breath-synchronised movements of a vinyasa flow. A strong / heat-building class that can be adapted to meet your needs.

  • “The yoga of being”. A deeply relaxing practice, using lots of props and blankets, where you hold gentle postures for a longer period of time. Restorative yoga is about resting the body to allow for healing to take place.

  • A gentle specialised yoga flow designed for pregnant women, from 12 weeks of pregnancy until 40+ weeks.

  • “The yoga of stillness”. A practice of dropping-in, a practice to pause and form a conversation within, similar to restorative yoga in the sense that it can be a deeply relaxing practice and you stay in the poses for a longer period of time, but unlike restorative yoga, yin yoga aims to target the connective tissues in the body and the emphasis is on sensation, not surrender.
