Gigi left her career in the art world in 2021, and since then has been teaching yoga, alongside studying and working with different holistic health modalities.
Gigi creates a nurturing and safe space in the yoga classroom, where her students can flow creatively and explore a deeper sense of connection with their bodies. Gigi welcomes all practitioners and is an advocate for making yoga accessible and inclusive, teaching with a trauma-sensitive approach.
She is on a mission to empower those she works with to take charge and lead a more vibrant lifestyle. Gigi discovered the transformative power of yoga and nutrition after experiencing mental health struggles, insomnia and disordered eating in her late teens and early twenties. Motivated by the positive changes she started to see in her life, she undertook her initial 200 Hr Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Haven in London and soon began to share and grow her experiences with others.
Gigi also works closely with the non-profit Eat Breathe Thrive, an organisation dedicated to using yoga in the prevention of eating disorders. As a qualified facilitator, Gigi hosts seven-week courses helping people to discover how yoga can help you eat mindfully, build resilience and feel better in your body.
When she is not sharing her yoga toolbox; you can find Gigi baking delicious sweet treats, wild swimming, reading non-fiction or finding inspiration through art and culture. Gigi continues to touch the hearts and minds of various individuals, inspiring them to light the way to a healthier and more positive way of life.
Further, Gigi is trained as a Holistic Health Coach with The College of Naturopathic Medicine, London and in Ayurvedic Yoga Massage with The Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Institute, Goa.
