Absolutely not - we invite you to come out of your own curiosity and intrigue. Every activity is an option on the day, you can simply sit back, go for a stroll or lie in savasana during the practice.

If you plan to drive, we have parking on site and will send clear instructions nearer the date of the retreat. Godmersham is less than a 2 hour drive from Central London. Or an easy 38 minute train ride from St Pancras International to Ashford International. We often organise transport to and from the station, depending on how many train takers there are. If not, there is a taxi rank at the station. A realistic and simple day trip from London.

Yes, vegetarian food is provided throughout the day. All food is locally sourced, lovingly made and often from the gardens of Godmersham.

Our cancellation policy is that we will give a full refund if you let us know you can no longer attend at least one month before the retreat. After this, the ticket fee will go towards a future retreat date.
